Activation Sprint
One department gets a governed data model and one production report it can actually run on.

- Fixed, and it does not move. If access takes more than ten working days after the order, we agree a new start date at the same price.
- Activation Sprint
- Fixed after a 60-minute scoping call. If access is not confirmed by the end of week two, you still receive the prototype, the KPI briefs, the data-gap list and priced stages at the same price.
- Acceleration Pilot
- Fixed after a 60-minute scoping call. Microsoft licences are not included, and we tell you in week one which ones the pilot needs.
- Reporting Stewardship
- Three tiers, by the hours a month. Unused hours do not carry over, and anything above the cap either waits for next month or goes ahead with your written approval.

- Who these prices are for
- Direct clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, excluding VAT. Work through an agency or a staffing partner is priced separately, because the scope unit and the liability both change.
- What “fixed” means
- The figure does not change during the engagement unless you change the scope. If you do, you see the effect on price and dates before you decide, and a defect against the agreed criteria is not a change: we fix it.
- What is never included
- Microsoft licences and capacity. We name what a product needs before you order it rather than after, and everything we build runs on standard features you already pay for.
- If something runs late
- If something we depend on from your side arrives more than two working days late, the dates that depend on it move by the same number of days. The price does not. It is in the charter, so nobody hears it for the first time when it happens.
